Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final as the majority of our items are custom made based on customer’s specifications and were all shipped from Japan or Thailand, we are unable to return or refund any purchased items. 

Unless there is a manufacturing defect observed upon delivery or self-collection, otherwise no exchange, return or refund are allowed. 

Wood is natural and every piece is unique. As such, it is impossible to find or match exact and/or similar grains. Deviation of colour or wood grain pattern is not a reason for exchange or refund. 

Wood will age but depending on how you maintain your wooden furniture, it can age gracefully. It is possible that small surface cracks may appear through time. This is a common occurrence among all timbers and does not affect the strength and durability of your furniture. This is mainly due to the expansion and contraction of wood in response to changes in temperature and humidity. Cracks occur occasionally and are not considered as defects.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the purchased items fit through all interior structures/dimensions and into the desired space. HOW Furniture will not be liable if the purchased items cannot fit into your desired space. We are unable to return or refund any purchased items.

 

Change of Mind Period for Online Orders

For online orders, we provide a 12-hour change of mind period starting from the time you place your order. During this period, you can request an order cancellation. If you cancel within this 12-hour window, a full refund will be issued to you after deducting a 4% credit card charge. Orders after 12 hours timeframe are strictly non-refundable.
